    Orange 3 oranges juice 1/2 glass 1 tablespoon 3 servings 1.-Mix water and honey in mixer at low speed.

    Chocolate Milkshake

    Ingredients Milk(of own preference) Honey Spiral Spring Preparation
    Cocoa powder to taste 1 glass 1 tablespoon 1 servings

    Mix milk and honey in mixer at low speed.

    Add cocoa powder to taste.

    Add one serving of Spirulina Spiral Spring, and enjoy!

     

    Sauces

    Guajilla Pepper spread

    Mexicana sauce

    Pasilla sauce Spaghetti sauce

    Spiru spread (michka)

    11 guajillo peppers 

    1 clove of garlic 

    375ml. of water

    1/4 of an onion 

    1 pizca de comino 

    1 pinch of cumin 

    1 Spiral Spring serving 

    Fry guajillo peppers, garlic, and onion.

    Add water and bring to a boil. Roast the tomatoes.

    Combine all ingredients. Add cumin and oregano. Bring sauce to a boil.

    Once it is well cooked, grind in mixed and fry.

    Let cool, and then, when it is cold, mix with Spirulina.

     

    1/2 kg of mexican tomatoes (with peel) 

    3 ó 4 aji peppers  

    1 clove for garlic

    1 pinch of cumin

    1 pinch of oregano 

    1 Spiral    Spring  serving

    salt to taste 

    Tomatoes are boiled or roasted with peppers, as desired.

    Let cool, grind in mixer (once cold), with garlic, cumin, oregano, and Spirulina

    3 pasilla peppers

    1 1/2 clove of garlic

    1/2 onion 

    1/2 KG of tomatoes 

    1 clove 

    1 Spiral Spring serving

    Roast stripped pasilla peppers, onion, garlic, and seedless and peeled tomatoes.

    Add clove.

    Mix and grind, strain and fry.

    Let cool, and once cold, mix again, adding Spirulina.



    3 Tomatoes

    2 garlics, chopped

    2 onions

    1 carrot 

    2 Spiral Spring servings 

    salt and pepper

    aromatic herbs 

    Fry onion, tomatoes, carrot, and chopped garlic.

    Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.

    Keep over low fire for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, add Spirulina. Serve on spaghetti.



    1/2 KG of tomatoes 

    4 avocados 

    1 Spiral Spring tablespoon

    2 slices of onion

    lime juice to taste

    peppers to taste

    salt to taste 

    olive oil to taste 

    Boil tomatoes or roast on a Mexican pan. Let cool.

    Once cold, grind in mixer with peppers and salt.

    Add avocados, onion, and Spirulina.

    Add water if necessary, lime juice, salt, and olive oil to taste.



    1/2 liter (500 ML.) of water

    1 big red tomato 

    1 squach (or combos) 

    2 Spiral Spring servings

    25g of butter 

    1 pinch of green chili pepper 

    Dice vegetables, while you set the water to boil.

    When water boils, add vegetables, let boil for 15 minutes, and grind in mixer.

    Add spirulina and butter, Mix well, and serve with rice. 

    1 tablespoon of milk or yougurt

    2 teasponof soy sauce 

    1 Spiral Spring serving

    1 olive oil tablespoon

    garlic, squashed as desire 

    1 red tomatoe

    Pour milk or yogurt and soy sauce in a large bowl.

    Add garlic and Spirulina, mix with a fork, and blend the oil into the mix.

    The resultant paste can be spread on bread or toast, and these can be decorated with red tomato.

    100g maize dough, or 2 tablespoon corn starch


    2 Spiral Spring's servings

    honey to taste

    Dissolve maize dough like atole in hot water, let cool.

    Put atole in mixer with honey and spirulina. 

    1 glass of carrot juice (240 ML.) 

    1 celery spig 

    2 Spiral Spring's servings
    Blend carrot juice in mixer with finely chopped celery.

    Add Spirulina and strain if necessary

    1/2 cup of alfafa or other cereal sprouts

    3/4 glass of water (180ML) 

    pinch of salt

    piquín chili to taste

    2 Spiral Spring's servings

    Blend sprouts with water in mixer.

    Add salt and chili piquin, add Spirulina last.

    1/4 glass of orange juice   (60 ML.) 

    1 nopal cactus leaf

    1/2 tablespoon of brewer's yeast

    1/2 cup of water (120 ML.). 

    1 teaspoom of Spiral Spring 

    honey to taste 

    Cut nopal in strips or bits, blend with water in mixer.

    Add honey, yeast, and orange juice, in that order. Add spirulina last.

    2 Spiral Spring's servings

    1 apple with or without peel 

    1 banana 

    2 kiwis 

    150 ML. of yogurt (small glass) 

    honey or sugar to taste

    1 cup of cold water (240 ML.) 

    Soak Spirulina in water, stirring constantly.

    After 10 minutes, you will get a dark-green paste. Peel fruits, chop them ,and place them in a jar.

    Add honey or sugar, yogurt, water, and mix.

    Add pre- re-hydrated Spirulina, and blend until homogeneous.



    2 medium-sized apples 

    1 nopal cactus leaf

    1 cup of water(240 ML.).

    honey to taste

    Cut nopal and apples into bits, grind in mixer. Add honey and Spirulina.

    Note: Due to this recipe’s high fiber content, you will have better bowel movement and will feel more satisfied.

    To enrich this recipe, you can add bran or wheat germ (one spoonful of either). 





    1/2 cup of oats (cooked, raw, or soaked, as preferred)

    honey to taste 

    2 small apples 

    2 raisins tablespoon 

    2 Spiral Spring's servings

    1/2 cup of water (120 ML. or whatever necessary)

    Blend oats and water in mixer, add honey.

    Add chopped apples, raisins, and finally add Spirulina. 

    In Chinese I Dare You Vegetarian Beer Energizin Vegetarian Beer
    2 or 3 tablespoon of oats 

    1or 2 packs of gingseng

    honey to taste

    1 glass of water (240 ML.). 

    Blend oats and water in mixer, add ginseng and honey. Add Spirulina last.

    3 or 4 tablespoons of cooked oats (alternatively, use amaranth) 

    1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast

    honey as require to mask yeast's bitter taste

    Blend oats and water in mixer, add honey and yeast. Add Spirulina last.

    1 glass of water(240 ML.).

    Blend honey and water in mixer until uniform (approximately 20-30 seconds).

    Add brewer’s yeast and Spirulina, let it foam.

    Blend water and honey in mixer, add brewer’s yeast, soy lecithin, and Spirulina, in that order.
